Due to the nature of our products, all food and consumable items are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect item received
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@yumyumcandyshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
If an item is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If the wrong item is sent, we will correct the issue at no cost to you.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING ISSUES
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Yum Yum Candy Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
HEAT-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Our candy products are heat-sensitive. Yum Yum Candy Shop is not responsible for melting or damage caused by heat exposure during or after delivery. Please monitor tracking and retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellation or change requests within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.
